Review content:
DO NOT do business with these crooks. They WILL RIP YOU OFF! I am 3 months into a bad deal with a car that I cannot even register at the DMV because Colorado Springs Dodge has not gotten the title done with the CO DMV. Not to mention the fact that I worked with a manager and a salesman and agreed on one payment and price, and by the time I sat down with the finance guy, the price had gone up and the payment raised by $50.00. After I got done signing some of the paperwork, I was assured that everything was fine and would just need to sign a few more things later as it was towards close of business for the day (9:00PM). The next thing I know, 30 days later I still have no loan, they sent me a new contract and the new payment was magically $100.00 more than our original agreed upon payment. After giving up and signing the new contract, I never heard back from their finance guy and have not been contacted from a bank. Every single time I try to contact their finance guy, he's on vacation or not available. After an uncountable number of phone calls and over 90 days, I still have no loan and am in possession of a car that I cannot register with the DMV and more importantly drive. When I finally talked to a manager and told him I am done with them and want them to take their car back, I was informed that it would be a repossession on my credit! They can't figure out how to title a car and completely drop the ball on financing and now suddenly it's my fault. 150 million thumbs down! Run for your life and hold onto your wallet if you go near these guys!
