This is the second time that I have used this company and I can't say enough about the quality of the service provided. Good communication, prompt, efficient and amazing customer service... Oh and my rugs and upholstery look brand new! Great company!!!! The technician that did the cleaning was wonderful (wish I could remember his name though.... Joe I think?) and went above and beyond, making for amazing customer service. more

Thrilled with how clean my chair came out! 2/25/2017

Technician was right one time and went directly to work on the chair. Was very courteous and professional. The cleaning results were better than expected. Will definitely recommend to friends. Great job! more

Wonderful to work with. 2/21/2017

The man who came to clean our sectional did a wonderful job. He was prompt and professional and very careful of our home. The office that does the scheduling(Stacy B.) worked with me to get the job done while my husband was away. They were very accommodating. I will refer people in my condo building to them! Excellent for removing pet messes & counter top service 1/18/2017

The technician that came out was extremely thorough. I had a sick pup that favored one spot on our rug. I used my own shampooer but it just wasn't powerful enough to do the job. Colonial was able to clean the carpets and get an odors out! We also had Colonial polish our counter top. Once again, the technician was very thorough and told me what he could and couldn't do. more

Great experience 11/7/2016

I have used CCD for many years. I had them do my son and daughter in laws house after they purchased it. The technician did an incredible job. (The stairs were awfully dirty). WE have a new grandson and I wanted to make sure that my family room carpet was clew for him. I requested the same technician nad again he did a great job. Thank you more

Manny did a good job. 10/23/2016

Manny called ahead and came on time. He paid special attention to the high-traffic areas in the two rooms he was supposed to clean the carpeting in. Overall, good cleaning job, all the old stains removed, even those he was not sure about. The carpeting dried in 6-7 hours. The main reason I chose Chem Dry over steam cleaning was less moisture and faster drying, and they met the expectations. more

Colonial Chem Dry came into our lives in the 1980's, and we have used them as needed ever since. Recently, we had a carpet with some nasty mystery spots. Joe had to use heavy duty cleaner on those parts, and he got almost all of it out. We don't even notice it now. The rug did stay wet longer than other times we have used Colonial Chem Dry. A couple of fans dried it. more
