I called Colltech to make arrangements. I have been working with this company for a few years now. I told them there had been a death in our in November and I was unable to make payments until March because the financial burden too much after the funeral costs.. Marianne refused to work with me, told me if I didn't pay she would be forced to send my old debt back to my creditor for garnishment. I will never, ever work with them again. Colltech had been receiving automatic monthly payments of $100. Seems to me that they are cold and heartless and stupid as well since their job is to collect and they wouldn't work with me. Miserable!
