Review content:
Collision Works got me in and got me out. They made it easy for me and had a rental car right there in the facility. They got me the information I needed and got me out in a rental. Three days later, they called, my car had been repaired, and everything was peachy.
They did what they said they would do, which is what I would expect from anybody. I find when I have a bad experience with a company, it's because they didn't communicate what they were going to do, or did what they say they're going to do, not what you say they're going to do, or they don't say why they can't do something. That's my biggest bugaboo. If everyone just did what they could do and said what the would do, they world would be a better place because of it.
