Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff, I expect to be a patient for a very long time.

Worst

Two bills on my account. First one was for $60 instead of $40. Unfortunately both appear on our bank statement. Please void the $60 charge.Excellent Hygenist.

My High Tech Dental Experience 6/15/2011

I highly recomend this office. I recently visited for my first appointment with Dr. Collins for an annual cleaning and checkup. Staff was very professional and friendly. Enjoyed the experience and look forward to future (cleaning) visits :). Office envorment was inviting. Services provided were very "high tech". Get ready for an intimate view of your mouth. Hygentist uses a camera in conjunction with an overhead flat screen tv to show you what's happening with your teeth. Nice addition to the usual xrays. For those who have had the experience of having a crown(s) installed, these folks can manufacture them on sight and install the same visit. No more temporary crowns with two visits. Enjoy, again I highly recomend. more

Best experience I ever had at a dentist appointment. 6/9/2011

I was immediately impressed with the level of technology employed at Collins Dental. Not only was I given a tour of various high tech dental gadgets, I was able to observe a highly effective method of service management. In a traditional office, if the Hygienist needs something, they stop what they are doing and get it themselves. Here, they have communication system and work in concert such that the Hygienist can work uninterrupted. This also explains why they are able to see clients in such a timely fashion, an aspect they pride themselves in. The entire staff is noticeably more professional, knowledgeable and customer focused than any other dentist office I've been too. more

Cleaning 6/7/2011

Cleaning was OK Renee is doing it next visit would like her to do going forward. Changing Hygenias every 6 months is not my idea of taking care of Customer. Lady that did my ckeaning was new and was adjusting to office, xrays, eqipment issues, etc.... more
