Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff, I expect to be a patient for a very long time.

Worst

Two bills on my account. First one was for $60 instead of $40. Unfortunately both appear on our bank statement. Please void the $60 charge.Excellent Hygenist.

My family have been patients with Dr. Collins for many years now, and we are very happy with the service we receive. Dr. Collins and his staff always try and provide their patients with excellent care in a professional environment. We highly recommend them. more

Quality dentistry but you are paying for it 5/4/2011

This office has 2 dentists and numerous office employees, some of whom are hygenists or assistants. The cost for everything is much higher, even with insurance. Patient responsibility for one very small cavity treatment, after dental insurance, is still about $150. In this economy, many of us would like to forfeit the free water bottles, pens and new tv drawings we feel we are actually paying for and just have quality dentistry. more

Great checkup experience as is the norm 4/29/2011

I continue to be amazed at the creature comforts Dr. Collins puts in for us patients. Not like it used to be a few years ago. Rene my dental hygenist (sp) was her normal awesome self. Highly recommend Dr. Collins office. Their service is top notch. more

My time in the Chair 4/24/2011

Actually, it was quick, easy and painless. I have never been to a dentist that can numb you with zero pain. Awesome! Everyone there is as nice as can be, including the Doc. I had to change my appointment to the next day and it was no problem. I will be going back for all my dental work, including cleanings. more

Wonderful Staff 4/23/2011

I have been going to Collins Dental for a few years now.Was very nervous on some procedures I needed to complete. I finally went and have started completing them. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease the whole time I was there. I would recommend them to anyone. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!!! more

Excellent Customer Service 4/21/2011

This is the most comfortable dentist office I've ever been in. They do everything in their power to keep their patients happy and it works. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I paid one price and I get free teeth whitening for life, I got a gift card, account credit, and VIP status just for recommending someone.. This place is just amazing, friendly, along with modern equipment and fresh baked cookies with every visit :) more

Always a great experience 4/21/2011

Dr Collins and his team are really the best. Since they have been caring for my teeth, I have not had a cavity or any issues. I never miss an appointment for my teeth are very important to me and the recommendations they make for proper oral hygiene has helped to stave off future issues. For that I am thankful, especially since that saves you time, money and your health. Thank you Dr Collins and team!!! more

A wonderful team of professionals all working together to make my dental visit a positive experience! After a very bad experience at another dental office...4 fillings and my teeth hurt for about a year. I was apprehensive about having any work done. Thank-you for a great experience and NO PAIN! We've been going to Collins Dental for several years now and absolutely love them! They treat every client like a VIP. They don't need a large waiting room or a google of magazines, because you're never waiting long enough to even pick one up! more

Constructive Criticism 4/14/2011

My dental services received were very satisfactory. The only comment about an employee is the dental hygienist. While she was very friendly and did a great job, I felt as though my appt. would have taken less time if she had not stopped after just a few seconds and watched the Today show, repeatly. I felt she was more interested in the tv than me. more
