Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff, I expect to be a patient for a very long time.

Worst

Two bills on my account. First one was for $60 instead of $40. Unfortunately both appear on our bank statement. Please void the $60 charge.Excellent Hygenist.

Renee is professional and pleasant and skilled. The support staff upfront presents a positive first impression and a pleasant conclusion to the appointment. Spinning the wheel for prizes leaves "a good taste in the mouth." more

Great Experience 11/15/2011

Excellent care! Found Collins Dental by accident (and in urgent situation) via 1-800-Dentist and haven't had any qualms despite being out of my network. The staff are courteous, friendly, professional and have taken great pains to ensure my comfort and safety as I am current pregnant. As a result I have even brought my school age child here for a check up. Highly recommend!!!! more

Outstanding group to work with, always show concern for you. Dr. Collins goes out of his way to make the experience easy. Not a big fan of the dentist, but with this staff even I can feel good about my visit. more

The BEST dental office! 11/10/2011

I was there 4 hours my last visit...2 crowns & 2 fillings. I like getting the most for my visit/time. Comfortable the whole time! Wonderful place, wonderful people. more

Surprisingly pleasant 11/10/2011

Never thought I'd be writing a review to say how much I liked my dentist, but it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everything was explained to me thoroughly by friendly people - I learned more than I ever have on a dentist visit, like about the numbers they call out when they're poking your gums. I can't say enough about the digital x-rays...much less radiation than traditional x-rays. Dr. Collins took time to learn about me and explain thoroughly his decision and why he made it. They also did a Halloween candy exchange where all candy they collected goes to the troops. How awesome is that? more

Another great experience at Collins Dental... My 4 year old was nervous about his appointment, but the staff was very friendly. The hygenist did a great job calming him and making the cleaning comfortable for him. more

The staff at Collins Dental are consistently terrific. The dentists are caring, professional, and the office uses the newest technology. They have early morning and late afternoon/evening hours. HIGHLY recommend this dentist office for working individuals. more

Wonderful friendly people 10/28/2011

I am someone who really does not like the dentist and my stomach churns at the thought of having to go to any dentist. My mouth is always pulled so hard I get cuts in my mouth and I never have a good experience UNTIL I found Collins Dental. Everyone there is so friendly and polite and they are sensitive to your personal needs. The place has high tech equipment and the dentist doesn't jump to a more intense treatment if not needed. I have had pain and sensitivity in my mouth for years and a previous dentist from another state I lived in, just wanted to do a root canal and I didn't go through with that. Dr. Reider felt it was a bite issue and shaved my teeth down and is fixed!!!! He is a very educated man who takes his patient's needs seriously. I love the whole office staff!! more

I am terrified of the dentist. I haven't been to one in years and so I was pretty nervous going to a new place and new faces. From the second that I scheduled the appointment, it was nothing but pleasant. When I got there, I felt so at ease, so comfortable and respected. I appreciate it so much and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. more

From the moment i walked in i knew i had made a good choice. Friendly, happy, professional, and informative from beginning to end. I even got a cookie and lunchbox at the end. Brooke Morgan is amazing, like my personal guide throughout the process. Made me feel special. Thank you for a delightful first visit to a setting not normally associated with, delightful. more
