Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff, I expect to be a patient for a very long time.

Worst

Two bills on my account. First one was for $60 instead of $40. Unfortunately both appear on our bank statement. Please void the $60 charge.Excellent Hygenist.

Waiting Time 4/8/2011

Collins Dental spends a lot of time and effort making sure that I'll show up for my appointments. Then, after I show up on time, I wait 15-20 minutes after my appointment time to see the provider. Something is wrong with this picture- who is paying the money for a service, then being inconvenienced? more

Dental Cleaning 4/8/2011

Collins Dental's staff is amazing!! I have had extensive dental work and I can say that I've never felt any pain even after having a couple of root canals! Dr Collins and his staff have assisted me with financial planning of the dental work I needed and also with my daughters need of implants. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs. more

Wonderful Visit 4/7/2011

I was surprised at how nice everything is inside. The staff was wonderful, as was Dr. Collins. Even though I had two cavities, I was more than satisfied with my visit. I loved the TV and the cookies, but mostly the staff won me over. more

Awesome customer service, medium to high prices 4/6/2011

I never thought I would say this, but I really enjoyed my visit to the dentist! The staff at Colliins Dental was amazing, they were all very friendly and patient, they took the time to answer all of my endless and sometimes ridiculous questions, and would explain everything before it happened, which I really appreciated. I have noticed that they charge relatively higher prices than other dentists in the area, but the customer service and atmosphere is kinda worth it. :) more

Dr. Collins' office always runs very efficiently, the staff is pleasant, courteous and accomplished. No one likes to go to the dentist, but making it so comfortable certainly helps. Good job to everyone. more

Best ever 3/28/2011

I've had quite a few dentists in the past, and my husband swore Dr. Collins' office was the best. I finally agreed to try the office, and he was right. Everyone there is SO friendly and clearly goes out of their way to make the visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you so much! more

THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A DENTIST OFFICE! 3/24/2011

collins dental is the most caring dentist ive ever been to! everyone makes sure you are comfortable and if you have any worries or fears they will do everything in there power to have you not experience that! i live about 30 mins away and i would travel even further to go here! i love how everyone is always smiles and how everyone knows you by your name! it feels like family! i cant wait to bring my toddler for her first dental visit here! the best place in central florida!!!! more

Very professional and friendly office 3/24/2011

I have to tell you that one of my pet peeves is coming in for a dental appointment and having to wait an hour. I have been going to Dr. Collins for several years now and have NEVER waited for my appointment. If my appointment is for 8AM I get in at 8AM. It is refreshing to see a dentist that respects my time as much as his own. His office staff is friendly and professional, his practice is state of the art, and they appreciate their patients. If you are looking for a dentist I doubt you could find a better dentist in the area. Bob Robey more

the BEST dentist 3/24/2011

I am terrified of dentists and did not used to go unless forced to by a toothache or other dental problem. I go regularly, to Collins dentists now, even though I am still scared it is always a great visit. The staff are always polite, very kind and understanding of my fears. They do everything in the power to help me overcome my fear and not feel pain in any procedure. I HIGHLY recommend them, I would not go to anyone else ever! Lyndy more

Excellent Service 3/11/2011

It is always such a nice experience coming to the office. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like a friend. I was there for a cleaning and Renee is always such a pleasure to be with.
