Andy is the ultimate! so knowledgable and professional. He performed the installation of a water heater system, and also worked on other plumbing issues at my home throughout the day. He took extra care and time to make sure that no corners were cut and the work was performed to the highest standard. Through a furnace evaluation with Patrick, it was revealed that a new furnace was in order at my home. The following day Lorenzo and team started work to install fresh insulation, duct work and furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding, courteous service and work performed. For a job that was located in the attic it was left so clean and close attention was paid to every detail. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Excellent work! I appreciate the fact that I do not have to worry about it being done correctly. Long story short, I had a VERY clogged tub. I called Cole services and scheduled an appointment with Melissa. She was very accommodating to my work schedule, she expalined that they could come out after work to fix the clog. I was impressed with her level of professionalism, and empathy. After booking with her I knew I made the right choice. I love that they called 30 minutes before they arrive i was able to arrive at my home just as Jessie pulled up. He brought up a machine and got to work. He even went outside the building to look at the pipes. 45min later the job was done. He said there was definitely something unusual as to how clogged it was, but that it was probably the old pipes. He was glad he was able to fix it without having to do outside repair. He even made sure my tub was clean of all the debris after he was done. I was Impressed with the Customer service rep Melissa, I was pleased as punch with my plumber Jessie He is the type of guy that will look for the least expensive way to fix your problem, but at the same time giving you the right options for your needs. Humble, extremely professional and knowledgable about his craft, and straight to the problem. First we called them to repair our air conditioning, and we found out that they were unable to repair it. They came 3 times and each time spent alot of time explaining how air/heat work and why our system needed replacing. They answered all of our questions and let us choose what was the best system for our needs and budget. This was a month long process and Rosalio Gonzalo with other tech just replaced the furnace, and we are again very happy with the expertise. He explained alot to us and seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Cole PLumbing to friends and family. more

Kevin Rodgers was excellent and prompt with his service. Honest and very good. He came during thanksgiving and save my wife and I from going crazy. We needed a new water heater and we were hosting the thanksgiving dinner and family spending the weekend. Thanks Kevin. I wish you could have stayed for Thanksgiving dinner. more

I had a problem with an old furnace that was in the attic. The Ducking was in in very bad shape and in fact when installed it was done in a very sloppy way. I called Cole Services and was given an etsament for replacement along with new ducking. The installers came out the same day and began removal of the old ducking and the furnace. It was done by 6 PM. The next day the new furnace was installed my existing Air condition compressor was serviced and the new ducking installed. The heat and cool air had never been felt in the two upstairs bed rooms but now it is excellent. The installers were very informative and Very efficient especially Lorenzo P. I would recommend Cole Services to anyone. more

I would like to personally thank Cole plumbing Services Technician Chris Deshields on the diagnostic evalution he performed on my 50 gallon gas Whirlpool water heater. Technician Deshields was professional/honest and based on his plumbing experience knew that whirlpool would only be placing a bandaid on a deffective unit. Technician Deshields spoke with Whirlpool customer services in a conference call and answered several questions regarding my defective unit. Whirlpool finally agreed with the technicians recommendation to replace the unit. Cole Plumbing has honest employees and has my recommendation as a top notch company. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK WE GOT DONE BY COLE SERVICES. WE DECIDED TO REPLACE OUR OLD FURNACE. THE SUPERVISOR KEN CAME AND LOOKED THINGS OVER. THANKS TO COLE SERVICES MY HEATER IS FIXED. I HAVE USED OTHER COMPANIES IN THE PAST AND HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED. WE CALLED COLE SERVICES AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE TECHNICIAN KEN HAD OUR HEATER FIXED IN NO TIME, HE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. WE WERE TRULY IMPRESSED. WE AGREED TO A REGULAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. more

Tadd Byrnes came to my home yesterday, the 16th of June. He performed a system check of my Airconditioning unit.
