Long story short, I had a VERY clogged tub. I called Cole services and scheduled an appointment with Melissa. She was very accommodating to my work schedule, she expalined that they could come out after work to fix the clog. I was impressed with her level of professionalism, and empathy. After booking with her I knew I made the right choice.
I love that they called 30 minutes before they arrive i was able to arrive at my home just as Jessie pulled up. He brought up a machine and got to work. He even went outside the building to look at the pipes. 45min later the job was done. He said there was definitely something unusual as to how clogged it was, but that it was probably the old pipes. He was glad he was able to fix it without having to do outside repair. He even made sure my tub was clean of all the debris after he was done.
I was Impressed with the Customer service rep Melissa, I was pleased as punch with my plumber Jessie He is the type of guy that will look for the least expensive way to fix your problem, but at the same time giving you the right options for your needs. Humble, extremely professional and knowledgable about his craft, and straight to the problem. From the excellent customer service to the plumber that came out this was a great choice for me You can't go wrong with Cole servcie
