Best Ice Cream around, even for a chain 8/3/2006

I can not get enough of this ice cream chain. Though I have to admit, the quality of your cup does depend on the server. An inexperienced server can lead to a melted disaster. Find the right helper and you're in business. I personally love the germanchokolatecake, but I substitute cake batter icecream for the chocolate. It's never a challenge to finish the generous ""love it""/medium portion. I'm not always a big chain fan, but this one takes the cake! Not for those who dislike rich desserts. the ice cream is the ABSOLUTE BEST i have ""ever"" had.... but the problem is there is no uniformity to the serving size.. it all depends on who is behind the counter. (i only go to the one in Geneva) we go a few times a week and one persons small can have half as much as another persons... more

It wasn't the best ice cream I ever had but I liked the concept and the variety. They have a good selection of low fat items, too - though it's a little bland. I'll always love Baskin Robbins, but this place is a bit novelty and the ice cream is good enough, so it's worth going. Pros: variety, good selection Cons: standard more

the confections served at this establishment represent the pinnacle of ice creamery. any attempts byother raters to denigrate this fine establishment will be met with consternation. i liked it. Sloooooow! 12/9/2002

Cold Stone service is slooooowwwww! It took over 15 minutes from the point I entered the store and left. Ice-cream is mediocre, freezer case glass was full of fingerprints, don't care for the ""deli"" look, waffle cones are small and thin. Mine was actually stale-tasting. Over-rated and a disappointment!!! Cons: slow service, non-premium tasting, all one big gimmick more

It's a great place to go with friends and the atmosphere is fantastic! Don't froget to give them a tip to hear them sing! Pros: tasty, fast lines, high wuality more
