Cold Stone service is slooooowwwww! It took over 15 minutes from the point I entered the store and left. Ice-cream is mediocre, freezer case glass was full of fingerprints, don't care for the ""deli"" look, waffle cones are small and thin. Mine was actually stale-tasting. Over-rated and a disappointment!!!
Cons: slow service, non-premium tasting, all one big gimmick
