Great service 11/30/2012

This was my second time using COIT. Like the first time, I'm extremely happy with my carpet cleaning. However, this time I also asked for my shower tile to be cleaned. It's an old building, so there are a lot of hard water and rust stains. I've tried every product on the market, but could never find anything that worked. The technician told me it would be an extra $150.00 to do the shower and that I may not be satisfied. I figured it had to be better than it was, so I agreed. He was right. The shower didn't look much better, but I wasn't filled with false hope. I would definitely use COIT again, but only for carpet cleaning. I would never ask them to do my tile or grout. more

total loss of money 11/30/2012

The tech was nice enough, that's the only plus. He filled his tank with water before and after the job, which he only cleaned one small room and a patch of another bedroom. My water bill that followed was almost $400, so he filled up the tank after a huge job at my house. The carpet in my home is less than a year old yet the traffic area didn't come all the way clean, maybe because he only spent a few minutes cleaning it. I called Coit because of a commercial I saw, but never again. Worst waste of money and I feel I was ripped off due to my water bill explosion. more

I was very pleased with all aspects of the service. From the first phone call to book service to the last. All of the personel that came to our home were very respectful, clean and helpful. The drapes and curtains, although older, came out beautiful! The price with 40 off was great. Thank you Coit! more

Did not provide adequate service 11/30/2012

The area rugs that I had cleaned did not show any improvement and actually smell worse. I was not informed of the need to take these rugs away when I made the appointment, and when the tech arrived I was not able to do that as I was expecting houseguests. He attempted to clean one of them in my driveway then left it out in the rain to "dry" and I had to drag it into the garage. Two days later, I put it in the house still damp. It smells worse than ever. Also, there was no way to protect the hoses that were brought into the house and they dragged muddy water all over my tile floor that had just been washed. I am very unhappy with the quality of the cleaning of the area rugs. more

With follow up the cleaning of the rug came out good, the tile came out very good but had to point out areas in both cases. I would recommend the service 11/30/2012

Coit has excellent customer service if one has any concerns with the cleaning. On the negative I had a scheduled time for them to pick up my draperies on a Sat from 5 to 7, around 6;30 pm they called to state they were stuck in traffic and would be one hour to one hour in a half late. I could not wait since we had dinner plans so again had to reschedule. Regarding the cleaning of my rug they did have to come out a second time since the first time it was not done very well. Also on the tile cleaning estimate in my bathrooms there was a mix up on the price quote but the tecnician worked with me. Tool wise, it seems that they need to work better on using the tools to clean the areas that are close to the woodwork in both tile and carpet area. more
