Review content:
I have been a Coit customer for years but will never use their service again. My recent experience with them and lack of response to my complaint was inexcusable. They left my carpet so dripping wet in places I was left trying to soak up the water with bath towels for hours. I could not move my furniture back for three days. Their only response was "sorry". Not much of a guarantee of satisfaction.
RESPONSE FROM COIT Seattle Carpet Cleaning and Restoration:
Thank you so much for your review and letting us know that we fell short of the world class service we train our employees to deliver. Please accept our apologies leaving the carpeting too wet and for not doing more when you told us. We agree that it is inexcusable. We want to regain your trust and make this right as we are not the kind of company that doesn't care. Our General Manager, Doug Wheelock, is researching your account and will be contacting you.
