Unsatisfactory 4/4/2013

My first experience with COIT was not a good experience ... I was told that someone would be out Saturday morning to do a quote and then they would shampoo afterwards if the quote was okay... if the quote was not, I would owe nothing...I got up early on Saturday morning and moved all of my furniture .. when the COIT representative arrived, he said oh it looks like you are expecting to have your carpets cleaned... this is only a quote and we have new people in the office ... so he immediately got on the phone and tried to get someone out ... they could not make it Saturday so they were to come on Sunday... 10 minutes before their 4 hour window was up they called and said they were running late and would be there in another hour or so ... I had to cancel as I had plans ... so when I didn't hear from COIT on Monday, I called and they scheduled someone for late Monday afternoon ... the gentlemen showed up on time and was done in a 1/2 hour ...the job was not the best I have seen nor did it really show that they had actually been cleaned ... I was referred by a friend ... will I ever use COIT again ... no.\ more

Satisfied with job done, not satisfied with quote being changed 4/3/2013

Once the service technician arrived and reviewed the areas to be cleaned, he wanted to change the quote written up by the sales person. more

Tile cleaning 4/1/2013

I have to admit, I was a bit surprised at the cost of tile cleaning. I had moved all items from the rooms being cleaned so went ahead and had the cleaning done despite the cost. I also expected the tile to look better afterward (the tile in main living area is only 2 years old and without heavy traffic). I looked into other pricing and your company is definitely high. The Coit Team did a great job cleaning my tile and grout! 3/31/2013

The two gentlemen assigned to clean the tile and grout in my home arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything they were doing. They finished the entire job in less than 2 hours. My floor look like they were just installed! I will definitely recommend Coit to my neighbors and friends. more

We are completely dissatisfied and would not recomment them to anyone, 3/30/2013

Some places were not even cleaned. They said they Scotchguarded it and we have traffic patterns back already after about 3 weeks. Our dog has had a couple of accidents because of old age and with the Scotchguard they should come of but they haven't Our overall feelings are that they didn't do a very good job at all. We are completely dissatisfied and would never recommend them to anyone, more

Called ahead saying he was running a little early. Worked out O.K. since he called. Could tell that he cared aout the job he was doing. Took the time to answer some of my questions.Will use again in the future. more

Quick, courteous, efficient and a much better price than expected. 3/29/2013

The service tech from Coit was very polite and kind, understanding that I needed to work from home during the duct cleaning and worked around me while quickly taking care of our duct work. A pleasant deodorizer was used as well so the home had a nice clean smell for several days after. Nice job and highly recommended. more

I must say that our salesperson and your cleaning rep were very professional, however, we are totally disappointed in the quality of carpet cleaning. Our major focus was the arch area going into the master bedroom and bathroom and we let both know this is what led us to call in professionals. The home is 3 yrs old and only the 2 of us (no pets) live here. The area was immediately as dirty looking as prior to cleaning - I'm talking as soon as it dried. I was sure there was something on the market you could have used to better spot clean this area. This quite honestly is probably a deal breaker to having our tile and grout cleaned. I was hoping you'd send out a survey. Would like your quality control people to look at it. more

The staff at Coit really know their "stuff!" They are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take time to educate you on the proper care of rugs. more
