I have to admit, I was a bit surprised at the cost of tile cleaning. I had moved all items from the rooms being cleaned so went ahead and had the cleaning done despite the cost. ...

This is probably the 6th time I have used COIT - very reliable, the carpets look brand new. Highly recommend them. I have use Stanley Steamer and was not impressed. more

Representative was very good at his job. He explained every cost completely and what he was going to do. Our carpet is old but he made most of it look new. Some stains were just too tough. more

Hector did a great job and breathed new life into the carpet. A tenant had seriously abused it, but now it looks just great. But for Hector, I probably would have had to replace the carpet. more

The only thing we didn't like was after we had our grout cleaned there were white areas of the dried solution under appliances and in areas where the pressure washer couldn't reach, but they were visible to the eye. Other than that we have no complaints. more

I had a silk 8' x10' rug taken to your facility to be cleaned and upon delivery it had not been cleaned! I had it picked up again and the 2nd time it was returned it was beautiful. Bright colors and clean. I doubt I will use Coit again for my oriental carpets. I have five and in the past I have used a local cleaner and have always had excellent service from him. The man that was here his name was Rubin. He was excellent. he explained everything he was going to do. and did it. The rug is cleaner than ever before. We have never had service like Coit.All others it look like they wet it down and vacum the water up. GOOD JOB COIT. more

They two gentlemen were very nice, but I don't think the carpet came out as clen as it looks when done well. I also thought about doing my dryer vent, but it would have cost $150, and I was told that my discounted price would not apply to that one. What a crazy rip off. more

The white carpet turned out beautiful and stayed that way when it dried. HOwever, there is a "water" stain on the couch that did not come out and i am very disappointed that it couldn't have been sprayed with stain removal to get it out, now, I am going to try to get it out myself and hope not to make it worst. Also a small stain on foot stool that I pointed out and it is also still there more

Carpets and tile cleaned and grout sealed 11/29/2012

The Coit technician did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Then at a second visit he cleaned my tile and grout. Then sealed the grout. The cleaning was the best I have ever had done. Coit was recommended by a friend. I have already passed along the Coit Company's name to friends. Excellent results wit Coit!! more
