Too expensive. 6/16/2012

We(under a different name) have been using Coit for years. Always do a very good job but this company is getting too expensive to continue to use. We would like to have had several other rugs cleaned but felt like it was too much to pay. We contacted another company and they did our rugs for half the price. Sorry. We always liked your company. Duct cleaning, tile cleaning & sealing, & area carpet dry cleaning done. 6/14/2012

Floors were cleaned and sealed. Brochure indicatedbthatbthey would be polished...they were not. As far as area rug being cleaned by COIT, it didn't smell good & person that delivered was a smoker. Even though he didn't smoke on job, hours smelled like smoke afterwards. Duct & tile person was a smoker too...as you can tell, I don't like smoke. more

Always thorough, always professional 6/12/2012

The technician arrived at the scheduled time and thoroughly cleaned our carpeting. t technician arrived during the time scheduled, thoroughly cleaned out carpeting,and took the area rugs to be cleaned. The area rugs were delivered when promised. In the past we have use their tile grout and drapery cleaning services. more

Really appreciate how much cleaner our sheer draperies and valances are now! They also cleaned our cellular shades. One was damaged but Coit replaced it with a new one that perfectly matched all the other ones on the rest of our windows so we were very pleased with them. more
