I called Coit the week before Derby for a carpet cleaning for a last-minute Derby party, requesting my favorite cleaner, Zach B. To my surprise, Zach was able to fit it in his busy schedule, and came and did a great job in a short time period. My rug and 2 upholstered chairs looked great for the party, with no lingering pet odors but no perfume-type smell either (at my request, I'm allergic). Coit was a couple of hours earlier than scheduled that day, but it worked out great and was worth it to have Zach's work. Thanks!
