Coeur D'Alene Wedding Chapel

When I first saw the Cda wedding chapel I was amazed and fell in love with its romantic atmosphere and welcoming charm. I knew would get married there. Seeing the chapel and reception area the day of our wedding was something I'll never forget... it was stunning and just as I'd imagine it would look. Suzanne was such a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. There is no doubt that this venue is one to choose for your special day!! more

The bride & groom - of the wedding that Jesses review was on- thanked, us and said every thing was wonderful! The bride said she received so many compliments on the wedding, and reception from her guest. There is a finalization meeting to go over details of the wedding ,and reception two weeks before.We give out a helpful hint sheet to make things run smoothly. One of the things is we close the reception area so we can get things done to prepare for the wedding and reception. One of the resons why is what happened during the preparation for this wedding. We have our own list on what needs to be done and when. It makes it very difficult when someone comes in,and roodly snaps at everybody on what to do and how to do it. It's very confussing,frustrating and can get us behind. We like to be able to do our job, and then a half hour before the wedding have somebody come check on things. This was a lovely wedding that the bride and groom enjoyed. more

Hello, My name is Jesse. Recently I attended and was part of a wedding at your facility; I was so thrown back by the way your business was run I had to let you know. I will be posting bad reviews on as many wedding blogs as I can and when recommending wedding venues I will definitely tell the horror story I was a part of this weekend. As a graphic designer I do deal with a lot of couples looking for photographers and venues and I will NOT mention your facility as one of quality service. I am sad to say it but some of your employees & the owner were so ill prepared and rude (with the exception of one sweet young lady who was willing to go the distance for us) with the rest of you folks it was like pulling teeth to get you to do your job. Things that were agreed upon before the wedding were cast aside due to pure laziness, the rolling of your eyes and bad attitudes on some ones wedding day are the last thing you expect on a special day like that. Not to mention guests and bridal party members catching you and your staff bad mouthing THE CUSTOMER!! People pay good money for a great experience, you ruined that. more

The Coeur D'alene Wedding Chapel is absolutely beautiful. We attended a wedding here last summer and it was very nice. They decorate in YOUR colors, lots of flowers and ribbons. Very large and spacious pews and dressing rooms as well as three seperate restrooms. Wedding upstairs and the reception was downstairs which was decorated to the fullest. They even cater, have music and make your cake! Very convenient and hassle free. more
