My name is Jesse. Recently I attended and was part of a wedding at your facility; I was so thrown back by the way your business was run I had to let you know. I will be posting bad reviews on as many wedding blogs as I can and when recommending wedding venues I will definitely tell the horror story I was a part of this weekend. As a graphic designer I do deal with a lot of couples looking for photographers and venues and I will NOT mention your facility as one of quality service.
I am sad to say it but some of your employees & the owner were so ill prepared and rude (with the exception of one sweet young lady who was willing to go the distance for us) with the rest of you folks it was like pulling teeth to get you to do your job. Things that were agreed upon before the wedding were cast aside due to pure laziness, the rolling of your eyes and bad attitudes on some ones wedding day are the last thing you expect on a special day like that. Not to mention guests and bridal party members catching you and your staff bad mouthing THE CUSTOMER!! People pay good money for a great experience, you ruined that.
