I actually bought my 2007 Nissan Murano in 2008 at Coast, awesome Nathan was my awesome salesguy. I never had a salesguy that gave no pressure to buy the car at all, ever, stated he wanted people to get the car I wanted so they'd be happy - whether it was a Nissan or another car, explained every single little detail about this awesome car with so much stuff in it including the rear-view screen, warmed seatS, Bose stereo system, sunroof (the 2-way kind), just so many things it has to offer and he explained how to use everything so that I could understand. He let me drive it for awhile (longer than most and he was, in my gut I know, truly an authentic person because there was no pressure. I fenagled(sp?) on the price, he took me up to the boss/owner at the very top, we fenagled(sp?) until I got the price I wanted. It was an AWESOME experience which I was not expecting because of every other experience at a car dealership. Coast Nissan is different - they're BETTER, their salespeople are wise about their cars, easy-going with no pressure (I was at a place in L.A. before where I said I definitely did not want to lease right off, I settled on a car, papers drawn up and realized it said LEASE agreement at the top - THOSE are the kinds of experiences I've had at other dealerships (they were reported to the BBB by the way) - but Coast Nissan, if I could buy cars for all of my friends, I would buy them all Nissan Muranos! :-D p.s. I see all this junk written about the service department. I've never, ever had a problem with their service department - Love them. They're nice, knowledgeable and work quick. I may have had to wait 10-15 minutes more than the estimated time of finishing once, but other than that, great service!!! I don't have a warranty, either. For a newer car, I see no need. Julie O'
