The BMW service dept is just plain stupid or dishonest. First they sell me a new oxygen sensor for almost $300 only to find out the problem was a loose gas cap. When the alternator failed and shut down my radio they said that my radio code didn't exist anymore and they couldn't get it to work and suggested I look at a new car. One 5 min call to Santa Maria BMW and I was again listening to my radio. \r

After talking with Gordon Giacomazzi (Gen Mgr) I am certain that the ineptitude goes all the way to the top. I have finally had it with these guys and will go elsewhere in the future. They don't even deserve 1 star.
