Nice to find outstanding professional pet grooming 12/30/2011

I was quite pleased will the super clean shop! I didn't find it difficult to get in at all. Of course I had to call ahead, but I think she does some services like nail cutting on a drop in basis. Rates are great and the owner and her help are very professional and friendly. I was super happy with my dogs grooming experience. more

Love This Place! 9/15/2010

After a terrible experience with a groomer when our dog was 9 months old, we took her to Clippity Do-Da. Michelle (the owner) was GREAT! Lido still doesn't love being groomed but she makes it through and is never upset after her appointment. Michelle was able to catch the beginning stages of an ear infection once and saved us a lot of headaches. I have and will recommend them to others. Great job!!! more

I liked this place 10/17/2009

I liked this place and have brought my cat there for grooming numerous times. I have had nothing but good experiences at clippity do da. I always get my cat shaved down how I want and bathed(smelling great) all dry. And a little bandana around her neck. She gives one on one attention and loves animals. I only have one complaint that it is hard to get an appointment sometimes. I DO recommend her for cats and dogs. She puts in her all to groom. And grooming cats isn't easy, they do not like water and frighten more easily than most dogs. There are not a lot of places in this area that do groom cats because of this reason. Pros: very clean and good services Cons: hard to get an appointment more

Not for cats 9/20/2009

I would not bring you cat here to get shaved. My cat got so stressed he ended up with pulmonary embolism (water in his lungs). I don't understand why she didn't stop shaving him when he first started showing distress and letting it get so bad. She shaved him all the way down and just didn't get to the bath. When I got there he was cowering in the corner of his kennel panting out of control and had split his nail. I had to rush him to the veterinarian (spent 2 1/2 hours there) and after returning him home he didn't improve and I had to go to the Fox Valley Animal Referral Center because it was late at night. The owner said she felt bad and didn't charge me for torturing (shaving) my cat and she paid for the local vet bill. Unfortunately, that left me with the $700 emergency bill which she didn't feel she should pay. If you love your cat take them to a vet if they have mats and need to get shaved. This was horrible. Pros: unknown Cons: not careful with cats more
