I would not bring you cat here to get shaved. My cat got so stressed he ended up with pulmonary embolism (water in his lungs). I don't understand why she didn't stop shaving him when he first started showing distress and letting it get so bad. She shaved him all the way down and just didn't get to the bath. When I got there he was cowering in the corner of his kennel panting out of control and had split his nail. I had to rush him to the veterinarian (spent 2 1/2 hours there) and after returning him home he didn't improve and I had to go to the Fox Valley Animal Referral Center because it was late at night. The owner said she felt bad and didn't charge me for torturing (shaving) my cat and she paid for the local vet bill. Unfortunately, that left me with the $700 emergency bill which she didn't feel she should pay. If you love your cat take them to a vet if they have mats and need to get shaved. This was horrible.
Pros: unknown
Cons: not careful with cats
