6 years ago, while building a large addition to our home, we decided to add central air for the first time along with the heating units we needed. We used a well know local company in Milford for the purchase and installation. Our purchase included a top of the line Trane system, a tankless water heater, and the allergy air effects system. Since it was installed we have had nothing but issue after issue. We continued to use the company that installed the equipment for service on the system. Every time they came out (routinely or emergency service) we were spending thousands of dollars without the issue being solved. Last fall, on the recommendation of several friends/co-workers, we made the decision to switch to Climate Partners. What a difference! Issues are resolved the right way the first time. The bills for the service calls and maintenance were drastically reduced. The maintenance services included everything that was promised with no unexpected charges. They are always prompt and friendly. The technicians are very knowledgable and take the time to explain the answers to any questions we have. They are also very clean and tidy - always wearing booties over their shoes and cleaning up the work area. (They even mopped up the melted snow on my floor after a late night service call this past winter.) I find them to be 110% committed to customer service and a job well done. I am so happy that we switched, and also plan on scheduling a home energy audit with they very soon! I wish we had gone with them from the start!! more

Our family loves Climate Partners. Their office staff is always cheerful and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. Their technicians are top-notch! In addition to being highly skilled in their industry, it's the little thing that set Climate Partners technicians above all others: They arrive promptly on-time, they are courteous and polite (even taking time out to explain things to my 89 year old grandfather who tends to follow them around while they are working), they always show respect for our home and family by doing little things like always wearing shoe covers to protect our floors, making minimal noise while my 17 month old daughter sleeps. Having young children in the house, I appreciate the fact they are all ""trust certified"" and drug tested, as they are in our home with my young children. I would highly recommend Climate Partners to anyone who is looking for the best in the HVAC business!\r \r more

Climate Partners came through for us. Tom Casey and his Incredibly professional team that no only got us off of fossil fuels, but installed a state-of-the-art system that I'm truly convinced no one else could have replicated. I haven't used them for maintenance yet, but I'd have no reservations recommending them to a friend for any home heating, cooling or energy job big or small. more

The worst company I ever dealt with. I am without AC for three weeks already because they can't make the AC system work they just installed and they don't care. No return calls from them. They removed my AC, installed a new AC which doesn't work and still overcharged me for this. This company should not even be in business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. more

I would not recommend this company. Beware they make mistakes and do not assume their responsability. They came to my home to unclog a drain which they completed succesfullt but recommended to change the condensator trap. When they came back to change it as they were completing the job a piece broke and they couldnt get it out from my unit. I have had no A/C for 5 days and they dont return my phone calls and disconnect my line when I call back. Basically, I showed up at their offices and they said that to fix it I needed to pay $1500 as they were not liable because my A/C unit is old. Well my A/C was working fine until they recommended to change a piece, they should have never touched it. I now need to call another A/C repair guy to fix the problem as I am not paying them to do this job. I feel they dont care about their customers. As a matter of principal, if the A/C is working when you arrive at a customer's home and you break a piece and now the A/C doesnt work it is your liability not the customer. more

From our initial contact with Mike to discuss our heating and air conditioning systems and its problems to the completion of the project and his help in obtaining rebates, Mike was a model of excellence. I want to formally commend the teams that worked on my house installing the gas boiler, indirect hot water heater, insulation and air sealing. The teams worked long and hard hours ensuring that my wife and I would have heat and hot water before Thanksgiving. They showed up on time and finished the job on time. Equally as important, they communicated with me as to the progress of their work and were able to answer my questions about the project. My wife and I are pleased with the outcome of the project. I'm a contractor, but due to an injury I can't lift my arms above my head. I needed them to check out some work that was done poorly by an independent contractor. They said they would come by to check it out. They did and CHARGED ME $319.05 just to be here five minutes, do no work, and promise to send someone else for a quote. INSANE. The guy that was here told me it was going to be somewhere around $1,000, but could be more and that his manager would have to let me know. I called another contractor and they came and did the work for $300 cash. I'm filing a credit card complaint for sure. Disgusting practice. more

I had a problem with my air conditioning and called them up. The office was very helpful and courteous. Tech diagnosed my problem and got the system up and running without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them. more

Once you sign the contract--you can hardly get them to return a call or email. My experience with Climate-Partners was the worst I have experienced to over 25 years of owning homes. Ship this company. Check out the BBB reviews also. more

Every things they did, from the insulation in the attic to the heat savings processes was very professional and thorough! They were extremely courteous. They were very thorough. I went through these people they charged me $600.00 and did nothing. When the lady in the office called me to ask me about the job that they did, I explained to her that I was very unhappy about it and she said that someone would call me back they never did. This company is a RIP-OFF. I would tell people to avoid them at all costs. The next day I had another person come in and fix more then just my furnace for less then what this company charged me. I have told people that I work with about what this company did and some of them said that they already know how HORRIBLE this company is.
