I'm a contractor, but due to an injury I can't lift my arms above my head. I needed them to check out some work that was done poorly by an independent contractor. They said they would come by to check it out. They did and CHARGED ME $319.05 just to be here five minutes, do no work, and promise to send someone else for a quote. INSANE. The guy that was here told me it was going to be somewhere around $1,000, but could be more and that his manager would have to let me know. I called another contractor and they came and did the work for $300 cash. I'm filing a credit card complaint for sure. Disgusting practice.
