I'm in the same boat as Robert D. They installed blue stone steps and iron handrails and within months, the stones cracked where the holes were drilled. Clem's blamed this on the cement that they've contracted out to and are in the process of suing them. They WILL NOT stand behind their work and fix the issue unless they win the lawsuit against the cement company. Based on this experience I cannot recommend Clem's for anything.\r

UPDATE: Nov. 17, 2011, 9:00AM - The severe fall snowstorm finally cracked apart the bluestones into pieces at certatin areas. After numerous calls to Clem's, they dispatched a crew to repair as of writing. Will update review once they have finished.\r

UPDATE: Nov. 17, 2011, 1:30PM - So the crew that came were here just to replace the bluestones. Now I'll have to wait for Clem's to come and re-install the handrails next week. I've upgraded the rating to Satisfactory (3 stars). Although it's taken a long time for them to get around to fixing the issue,
