I e-mailed this company for a move out cleaning that I needed for the next day. I received an e-mail back from Susan in 5-minutes. The next day when the cleaners came out they did a great job. The cleaners cleaned my patio off even though it wasn't on the required cleaning list. I called the office to see if I needed to pay more for the patio cleaning and Susan told me no problem she will have the cleaners do it for free. \r \r I would use this company again. more

I hired AW Cleaning for the Move Out Special - this included cleaning behind the stove, all the base boards, etc... When I checked the house after they were finished, I found many of the items on their list were not completed. They did not clean behind the stove, the furniture was not dusted, counter tops in the kitchen were still dirty (dried juice), the laundry room was not cleaned, the master bedroom walk-in closet was not cleaned, and the 2nd bathroom counters were not cleaned. I called the customer service rep who insisted he would have a crew out there the next day to fix all the items. I checked later that evening and the items were not corrected. I called the customer service rep and he claimed the crew had gone out there and fixed all the items. I then received a call from the head of the cleaning crew who became very rude at the suggestion that the work was not complete. She agreed to go back to the house a 3rd time and double check the work. This time they managed to clean behind the stove and a portion of the laundry room. I will never do business with them again. Poor work, rude employees, and they do not do the work they claim. Stay far away from this company!!! Cons: Too many to list !!! more
