I e-mailed this company for a move out cleaning that I needed for the next day. I received an e-mail back from Susan in 5-minutes. The next day when the cleaners came out they did a great job. The cleaners cleaned my patio off even though it wasn't on the required cleaning list. I called the office to see if I needed to pay more for the patio cleaning and Susan told me no problem she will have the cleaners do it for free. \r
