They took such good care of my pup----who is like a member of my family. They listened to my concerns, offered advice and tips and really showed concern for my dog as well as me. True Animal Lovers! 11/17/2011

We are very happy with the service they have giving our loving dog Gordi. I love the fact that they know us and as soon as we walk in they take care of us. The doctors are great and truly love animals. Every time I call with a question they are very attentive and willing to help! Also, they have great activities for the whole family, like the Open House (it was great! We had soooo much fun!!) It is safe to say that since the first day we got Gordi they have taken care of her and we know they will continue to do so for many more years. Pros: null Cons: null more

Animal Lovers-Great Kennel 10/30/2011

We board our dogs at Clear Creek and the front desk people are very friendly. The kennel staff is wonderful especially the head of the kennel, Virgil. Best Vet in Charlotte 9/14/2010

We have been a client of Clear Creek Animal Hospital for 15 years and would never consider changing clinics. Dr. Gallagher, Leah, Lindsay, Crystal and all the staff are the most compassionate people around. We have had some very difficult times with our animals and they have always been there to help us with all situations. If you are ever in need of a wonderful clinic for your pets I would highly recommend Clear Creek Animal Hospital. more

Unacceptable Customer Service-Avoid this place! 7/4/2010

First of all they are money hungry. Secondly Manager Leigh is rude and unfriendly. They only see dollar signs when you walk through the door. Their concern is definately not for the animals. When pet was boarded he came home smelling of urine! Called for an appointment one Saturday to have 'hot-spot' checked and was hit with a ridiculously high bill! Bill stated 'Emergency visit' Money, money, money. Will not return there no matter what. !!! more

True Animal Lovers 4/14/2010

We recently rescued a puppy from the Humane Society of Charlotte, so we were looking for a vet that was in close proximity to our home. We chose Clear Creek since they were only about 1.5 miles from our home. I was a little apprehensive at 1st, but once I took my puppy in and saw how they treated him I was right at ease. The best thing is that my husband went back about 2 weeks later to get some paper work and when he said my dog's name, everyone in the office remembered him! That made us both feel as if they valued our business and truly love our dog. We will definitely be staying here for a long time. I have been bringing my pets to Clear Creek for close to 25 years and I have never been dissatisfied with the attention and care we have received. The entire staff is the best you could hope for. If you plan to board your pet, the accommodations are top-notch with Virgil, an extraordinarily dedicated staff member, overseeing a staff who will address your pet's every need. We have a new puppy since Christmas and needed some help we had never had a puppy before. We called them on numerous occasions and got some great info. They were very helpful and caring. When we brought our Bichon in for shots he just loved everyone there.I highly recommend Clear Creek to everyone Pros: excelent service and caring people Cons: none more

We have been with Clear Creek Animal Hospital for as long as I can remember. They have wonderful doctors and staff there. They all care VERY deeply for your pets as if they were a member of thier own family. I will recomend Clear Creek Animal Hospital to all of my friends and family. Great Choice for a Vet 11/2/2009

The Vets have been a great source of assistance in dealing with not only my small Cairn Terrier but also my granddog, American Bulldog. After changing to this Vet they were able to quickly diagnose his eye condition and refer us to a specialist for surgery. Prior to this change, the previous Vet continued to unsuccessfully treat the eye problem via meds that never touched the worrisome eye issues. Wonderful, caring staff 7/9/2009

I love Clear Creek Animal Hospital. I have two cats and they both have been treated with professional, kind and loving care. They took great care of my female cat after she had been shot. It was a difficult time for her and for me, too. And they have been terrific with my little male kitten - I found him when he was only three or four weeks old. more

We LOVE Clear Creek Animal Hospital 6/22/2009

All 3 of my dogs LOVE Clear Creek Animal Hospital. The moment we walk into the office, everyone at the front desk greets us by name - which makes you feel very welcome. We have been seeing Dr. Yates for the past several years and she really cares about Daisy, Zoe and Itsy and she makes sure they are always happy and healthy. I always recommend Clear Creek Animal Hospital because it is one of the best facilities around. I can not thank the Doctors and Staff enough for all of their hard work and dedication to animals! Please don't go! 6/5/2009

All they care about is trying to make as much money as possible! They do not care about your pets. Please don't make the same mistake I did of believing the positive reviews or the nice cheery message from the owner. The staff is extremely rude, especially the "practice manager" which is such a joke because her position is to provide good customer service and I don't think she understands the meaning of the word. There are a thousand other vets in Charlotte that actually care about animals! Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING! Extremely poor service more

I have taken all of my furry friends to Clear Creek for over 30 years. My most recent is Buddy who chose Dr. Kristen Yates as his Primary Physician. That was four years ago. I have been a loyal patron of Clear Creek for over 20 years between the time that my mother and now myself have entrusted the care of our pets to the fine staff at Clear Creek. I have always had a pleasant experience and wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of my animals. I highly recommend the office staff and veterinarians to anyone who cars about their pets!! more

The entire staff at Clear Creek Animal Hospital is uncaring and unprofessional. During a very difficult time they were unable to provide quality care or offer any shred of compassion.
