Review content:
All they care about is trying to make as much money as possible! They do not care about your pets. Please don't make the same mistake I did of believing the positive reviews or the nice cheery message from the owner. The staff is extremely rude, especially the "practice manager" which is such a joke because her position is to provide good customer service and I don't think she understands the meaning of the word. There are a thousand other vets in Charlotte that actually care about animals!
