I am a tough grader and I rank Cleantown USA a 9.8 out of 10! They are absolutely wonderful! They do a great job when cleaning your car and they have a nice lobby to sit in while you wait! more

This could be the worst car wash I have ever had. The dryers left the wiper cover on, the sides are still filthy and the back was the worst. I've gotten better washes for six dollars at a get-go, and this one cost me three times that. Best advice would be to find a pre-school doing a carwash for a fund raiser, they couldn't do any worse more

They do an ok job, car is still a little dirty. Spots on hood and windshield. But mainly I am putting this here to let everyone know they don't open until 8 am. The hours are not on their website and when you do a google search it comes up as 7:30 am. That is no longer the case. more

My husband and I brought our corvette in to be detailed. We were AMAZED the amount of care that was taken with the car. The employees were so professional and extremely careful with the car. It looks great! The price was more reasonable compared to the other detail centers we had gone to. The waiting area was unlike any we have seen.Free coffee!! From the time you pull into Cleantown to the time you leave the customer service is great. Everyone is friendly and my car have never looked better! The wait inside is made comfortable with free beverages and a neat area you can buy interesting gifts. I would recommend Cleantown to anyone! Pros: Great customer service - super clean car! more

Best car wash I have ever been to! Employees very helpful, and great value for your money. In the interior service department your car is ""attacked"" by a team of employees and cleaned to perfection. They also do windows as well. Cannot find this service anywhere else!!!!! As long as your car is already clean when you arrive there, CleanTown is the best car wash around. Several small spots of very soft tree sap on my trunk lid, easily removable with my fingernail, proved too much for CleanTown to take care of -- even after buying the most expensive package and specifically showing the spots to the detail team. When the car was done, I was astounded to see that they made no effort whatsoever to remove the spots. When I complained, I was informed by Ron the supervisor that I would have to spend another $30 on top of the original $34. Take my advice and find another shop where they actually care about cleaning your car, not your wallet. Pros: They didn't damage my car Cons: They didn't clean it either more
