Review content:
As long as your car is already clean when you arrive there, CleanTown is the best car wash around. Several small spots of very soft tree sap on my trunk lid, easily removable with my fingernail, proved too much for CleanTown to take care of -- even after buying the most expensive package and specifically showing the spots to the detail team. When the car was done, I was astounded to see that they made no effort whatsoever to remove the spots. When I complained, I was informed by Ron the supervisor that I would have to spend another $30 on top of the original $34. Take my advice and find another shop where they actually care about cleaning your car, not your wallet.
Pros: They didn't damage my car
Cons: They didn't clean it either
