I had my hair extension back in June. The stylist was very knowledgable, but the hair that they claimed was ""all natural"", WAS NOT. IT WAS A MIXTURE OF BOTH! I was satisfied of how my hair turned out, but unfortunately, when I used my curling iron, i can see synthetic hair melting on the roller...if any of you get hair extension, you know we are not supposed to use the curling iron on the bond, which I did not...but wow, for that much money and I had to take it out a month later. After I shower and not style my hair, my husband would tell me how UGLY the hair was. I called to complain to them but I haven't heard anything from them, so I'm reviewing this because I don't want another victim spending that much money and regret it. I WAS OVERSEAS AT THE TIME AND NEVER CROSSED MY MIND IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK OR ANYTHING, BUT I'M JUST DISAPPOINTED IN THE SALON THAT EVENTHOUGH THEY'RE AT FAULT...THEY STILL WON'T ADMIT IT! GIVE ME A BREAK, I'M NOT GOING TO BRING BACK THE USELESS EXTENSIONS BACK TO SHOW THEM NOR BRING BRING BACK MY CURLING IRON AS PROOF! I SPENT MY MONEY THERE, AND I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY WORTH SO OF COURSE I'M MAD OVER $1000 , THAT'S THE TRUTH! I'M VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW U GUYS HANDLED THIS SITUATION. THE FUNNY THING WAS THAT HAIR EXTENSION AT THE COUNTRY I VISITED ONLY COST $100 AND THEY LAUGHED AT THE $1000+ I SPENT ON MINE. RIDICULOUS! THE SALON NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO EVEN SAY THAT IF ONLY I HAD PROOF OR SOME SORT THEY MIGHT ABLE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. JUST THE FACT THAT THEY RECEIVED MY PHONE CALL AS A COMPLAINT AND IGNORED ME. POOR ACT OF BUSINESS CONDUCT!
Pros: THE STYLIST THAT DID MY EXTENSION WAS VERY NICE
Cons: EXPENSIVE BUT WAS NOT WORTH IT! NEVER RETURNED MY CALL FOR THE COMPLAINT
