After contacting KAS a few days after our horrible experience, I was surprised at how courteous and helpful the staff was. They offered to fix the mistake free of charge, and did an amazing job. Cindy Freeze is the shining star in this ordeal, as she updated the ""bad"" haircuts with wonderful style. Upon our second experience with KAS, I would certainly recommend their service. I guess everyone has a bad day, and our initial experience was one of those. Give them a try, and ask for Cindy!\r
