I think it is unfair that the company can not respond to any of these comments yet people just take them as the truth and choose not to come to my business because of them. My name is Jean Cantrell and my family has owned Classy Chassis Car Wash for over 23 years at the same location. All I will say in response to some of the above comments is that you can never make everyone happy. Having been in business at the same location for this long we were bound to upset a select few but I assure you that if that was the norm we would not or could not have been in business for this long.\r Please come in and mention this post and I will give you a discount! more

WOW WORST CAR WASH I'VE EVER BEEN TO! They don't understand what it means to clean your car at all, they hire people who don't even speak english and can't understand what your asking them to do in the first place! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When I came they had MURRAY blasting on the TV and a sign saying please don't touch the TV! I turned that junk off! Manager screamed at me because I told him the car wasn't cleaned and I wanted my money back, he chased me out the door and threaten to hurt me, He said he didn't care if he lost a customer because he already got my money! WOW do not give these people a chance I did and I regret it! more

They put a gauge 7-8 inches in length in my husband's brand new car and then called him a liar after he pointed it out to them. Then was told to get the F*#K off their property when he became angry that they we're going to do anything about it. They've stolen money (change) from him before and told them about that too but decided to let that one go. This time, they've got a battle on their hands! Avoid this place unless you want the same experience. more

OMG !! I have had my car for 12 years and this is the cleanest it has ever been. It looks like a brand new car. I was very impressed with the service, the manager came over 3 times to make sure I was doing ok. Offered me coffee, donuts and to change the channel on the TV. I will be bringing my vehicles there and will definitely be recommending this place to my friends. more

I went there this past week, and never had something like this happen before. I always go there because I've been going there for years and have always done a satisfactory job here. I've always got the basic clean and thought it was a pretty deal for 12 bucks. I went ahead and got the deluxe package because it had been a month since I last washed it. After having it washed and cleaned I went home to get things ready cause I was going out of town for the weekend. I got in my car and strapped my baby in her car seat and did one last check to see if I might have forgotten anything. I checked my arm rest compartment to get my GPS so I can set it up and enter my destination. I didn't find it thinking I might have left it inside my apartment or inside my husbands car. I called my husband and asked him if it was in his car he said that last time we used it was when we went to see my MIL in Corpus. He said the last place he saw it was in my car in the middle compartment. I was shocked and upset cause it was given to me as a Christmas present from my parents this past year. No one drives my car and it hasn't been broken into since I've had my car. I never have had anything missing from my car even when I've had my car washed. I went back to the Car Wash and spoke to the manager and explained to him what happened. He went and asked all the workers if they might of taken anything out of the car by mistake. He then came back and said no one took anything from my car and even if that was the case they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. So that pretty much told me that they can take anything and I can't do anything about it. I will never go here again!!! more

I'd had my new car for about two months when my friend decided to loose his lunch all over the front passenger area. I was so upset because I thought that my new car was ruined. Pros: Service, Price, Speed, Nice waiting atmosphere more
