I went there this past week, and never had something like this happen before. I always go there because I've been going there for years and have always done a satisfactory job here. I've always got the basic clean and thought it was a pretty deal for 12 bucks. I went ahead and got the deluxe package because it had been a month since I last washed it. After having it washed and cleaned I went home to get things ready cause I was going out of town for the weekend. I got in my car and strapped my baby in her car seat and did one last check to see if I might have forgotten anything. I checked my arm rest compartment to get my GPS so I can set it up and enter my destination. I didn't find it thinking I might have left it inside my apartment or inside my husbands car. I called my husband and asked him if it was in his car he said that last time we used it was when we went to see my MIL in Corpus. He said the last place he saw it was in my car in the middle compartment. I was shocked and upset cause it was given to me as a Christmas present from my parents this past year. No one drives my car and it hasn't been broken into since I've had my car. I never have had anything missing from my car even when I've had my car washed. I went back to the Car Wash and spoke to the manager and explained to him what happened. He went and asked all the workers if they might of taken anything out of the car by mistake. He then came back and said no one took anything from my car and even if that was the case they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. So that pretty much told me that they can take anything and I can't do anything about it. I will never go here again!!!
