Quick 9/23/2011

I was here just the other day and received some of the best customer service ever, not just from a body shop, but anywhere. I was offered coffee or a bottle of water and was welcomed to sit in their lounge furnished with really nice leather seats. My car was finished so quickly, I couldn't even believe it, way faster than what they quoted me. If anyone needs body work or collision repair I would definitely recommend Classic Collision. more

Saw me right away 9/19/2011

All the people I spoke with were quite friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me my car back on a Friday but there was a small interior part they had not received yet, so I went back in on Monday to have it put in. They saw me right away (actually rushed the car because I had to be to work) and I was out the door in 5 minutes. They let me know the status quite often as well. \r more

What a wonderful auto shop!!! I am very skeptical about car shops because I don't know much about cars and sometimes feel scammed after leaving. At Classic Collision, they brought me in the back and showed me under my car and explained everything in detail so I could see and understand everything they were doing. They were very pleasant, very informative, very helpful and prices are affordable! I will definitely be bringing my car back whenever I need service! The crew is phenomenal!! Thanks guys! more

LOVE THIS PLACE! 8/19/2011

I totally messed up the passenger side of my 06 scion that I had JUST GOT. I was so pissed off. Stupid small grocery store parking lots. anyways, I was stressing so bad that it was going to cost so much to repair and take a lot of time. I can't afford a lot and don't have a lot of time, so i was driving around for like 4 months with a messed up car. I finally took it to Classic Collision because I saw an add and just decided to go get it over with. I don't think I can even express how relieved I was once I found out that they could have it repaired in THREE DAYS and it was only going to be $850 apprx. i THOUGHT FOR SURE it was going to be like 3k in damages. SO RELIEVED! And my car was effed up BAD, too. I got it back yesterday.... You would have never known I swiped the cement base of a light pole from front to end. hahaha. it looks AMAZING! I was so shocked. and everyone was so so nice, I just can't thank them enough. So thanks guys! hope this brings you some business! :) more

First of all, I'm an Asian female driver. Even with parking/distance sensors, I still manage to run into things. I scratched up my front bumpers (high sidewalks) and backed my car into a parking post. I have a fairly new BMW 530i so looking at these bumps and scratches was really bothering me. I brought in my car and Steven gave me a reasonable estimate. I was paying for the repair myself so the price was really important. The final cost ended up being lower than the estimate (wow, this rarely happens!). My car was delivered on time and it looks amazing. Seriously, my car looks brand new. They even polished the exhaust pipes. You can't even tell where any of the repair work was done. Even my super picky husband was impressed (he got a similar thing done at another place and made them redo the work 3 times until they got it right). Highly recommend this place to anyone. more

A+ Business All the Way! 8/15/2011

This is my first experience with Classic Collision of Buckhead and I am very impressed by their services. I had small misfortune when a storage shelf collapsed in my garage and landed on the hood on my Mercedes GL450. I took the car to about 6 different body shops ranging from very high end ones to more down to earth ones. What made me go to Classic Collision was a recommendation from my neighbor whose kid is a little more than accident prone.I was very impressed with my adviser's customer oriented attitude. As a matter of fact every person whom I encountered at the shop was very nice and willing to go an extra mile to accommodate my requests. This is something that you don't find very often these days. The place was very competitive on price and saved me some cash. I picked up my car today and it looks spectacular. I highly recommend Classic Collision of Buckhead to anyone who is looking for honest auto body business with down to earth prices. A+ business all the way! more

Best deal for your money! 7/15/2011

My engine light came on and they scanned it, with no charge and diagnosed the problem. Their prices are competitive and I would definitely go to them again! more

I just picked up my recently-wrecked Highlander today. Previously, Classic Collision has fixed a BMW or two for me, a Mercedes and a few other cars among various family members over the past 20 years. They do good work! Highly recommended. Work with Jamie if you can, but all of their service/account guys are great. They're good people who do good work. more

I'd recommend anyone in need of some car plastic surgery to stop by and meet for an estimate at Classic Collision. I obviously can't speak for the other locations, but there are 7 total in Atlanta. I was told this evening when I was picking it up that they guarantee there work for as long as you own the car. I'm sold. more

Showroom Clean 6/15/2011

I had my car repaired here, and the service I received was wonderful. They were respectful, honest and up front. They even took care of the insurance claim. The car was delivered on schedule looking showroom clean and like the day I purchased it. Will definitely recommend to others. more
