All the people I spoke with were quite friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me my car back on a Friday but there was a small interior part they had not received yet, so I went back in on Monday to have it put in. They saw me right away (actually rushed the car because I had to be to work) and I was out the door in 5 minutes. They let me know the status quite often as well. \r
