No one likes to have to get their car fixed. My husband had his car fixed here a few years ago, so we took my car in when I had some body damage. I dread these things, but I was so wrong. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly face who even guessed who I was before I could utter more than a few words. All the paperwork was ready for me and then it was on to the on-site rental. That was a breeze as well. Bo kept me informed of what was happening to my car and when it would be ready. Snowpocalypse 2014 hit right in the middle of when my car was due to be finished. These folks worked the weekend to make sure they were caught up from the two days down. Just an awesome experience-- couldn't have been more pleasant and easy. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance -- State Farm. Thanks again!\r more

I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.\r more

I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company to pick up my car - both of which were done within 30 minutesThey wanted the least inconvenience to me as possible and wanted the work on my car to be done properly and to my satisfaction. They found the problem quickly (a small pin point leak) and began work to fix it. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the work at Classic Collision but this time there was a great leap in customer service which was very impressive. I'll be back when needed (hope not too soon) and will tell my friends about Classic Collision.\r more

They not only took great care of me as a customer, but he listened and went above and beyond to make me feel better about a very frustrating situation. They where very honest with me about my vehicle's repairs and issues. I appreciate that as a woman- so many mechanics take advantage of me.\r more

The fender/front bumper of my Accord Crosstour was damaged in an accident. I took my vehicle to three collision repairs centers for estimates and decided on Classic Collision because they came highly recommended to me. I was very impressed with the General Manager. He constantly kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car and he was always available. During such a stressful time, I never once felt uneasy about the work that was being perfomed or the expertise of their staff. He guaranteed that if I was not happy, he'd personally ensure everything was done over to my satisfaction. Now that's service! Everyone at Classic Collision was so nice and showed a level of professionalism and customer service that was very refreshing. After completion of the repairs, my vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident. I highly recommend Classic Collision and would not hesitate to use them again.\r more
