"Awesome service. Awesome Communication. Awesome and Flawless Repair. They communicated via phone and e-mail about the status of my vehicle before, during, and after my vehicle repair. I had right rear end damage to my BMW and they had it back to me in less than 48 hours. My rental car was there when I was done filling out my paperwork as I was leaving my vehicle for repair. I can't say thank you enough." more

The man that helped us 6/18/2014

The man that helped us was extremely polite, professional and an amazing representative for Classic Collision. He communicated well with myself and the insurance company, exceeding expectations throughout the entire process. He was friendly and efficient during drop-off and pick-up. Customer service couldn't have been better and I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. I hope to not require collision repair anytime in the future but if I do, there is no doubt that I will bring my car to Classic. Keep up the good work!!! more

I would like to say 6/5/2014

I would like to say the service with Classic Collision was EXCELLENT. This outstanding service began the first day I spoke to them. Their attitude was polite and his concern was to make sure I understood how the process work before working on my car. They explained everything to me when I bought the car in for an estimate and everything will be taken care of. They had contacted Enterprise (which is the rental company I chose) and the driver and car was there to pick me up when I dropped my car off for repairs. more

"As usual, this time they were so polite and helpful. They called me with updates to the status of my repairs. Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. That was 10 months ago, and They remembered it and had it fixed. Hopefully, I won't need any more body work, but if I did, I'd go to Classic Collision. My car looks like new - I'm very pleased." more

It was a pleasure dealing with you during my recent accident. The customer service was 10 plus and the repairs to my car were above and beyond what was expected. My 7 year old car looks almost new! Thx to everyone there. more

First Place 1/9/2014

I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call. more

Many Years 1/3/2014

I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company to pick up my car - both of which were done within 30 minutesThey wanted the least inconvenience to me as possible and wanted the work on my car to be done properly and to my satisfaction. They found the problem quickly (a small pin point leak) and began work to fix it. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the work at Classic Collision but this time there was a great leap in customer service which was very impressive. I'll be back when needed (hope not too soon) and will tell my friends about Classic Collision. more

Honest 11/12/2013

I wanted to write and tell you of my experience with your employees there at Classic Collision. I was in a small collision about a month ago and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by mechanic. They not only took great care of me as a customer, but he listened and went above and beyond to make me feel better about a very frustrating situation. They where very honest with me about my vehicle's repairs and issues. I appreciate that as a woman- so many mechanics take advantage of me. more

Highly recommend. 10/18/2013

The fender/front bumper of my Accord Crosstour was damaged in an accident. I took my vehicle to three collision repairs centers for estimates and decided on Classic Collision because they came highly recommended to me. I was very impressed with the General Manager. He constantly kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car and he was always available. During such a stressful time, I never once felt uneasy about the work that was being perfomed or the expertise of their staff. He guaranteed that if I was not happy, he'd personally ensure everything was done over to my satisfaction. Now that's service! Everyone at Classic Collision was so nice and showed a level of professionalism and customer service that was very refreshing. After completion of the repairs, my vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident. I highly recommend Classic Collision and would not hesitate to use them again. more
