Kelly is the best realtor I have ever used. 11/25/2013

Kelly is highly professional, knowledgeable and organized. She understood what I needed, what I wanted and guided me there. She has an MBA and uses her thorough understanding of financial issues to help you find the right people to work with. She is also a superb Project Manager, sending a weekly guide of things remaining to be done and when due. And lastly, her people skills, both in communicating and negotiating are truly outstanding. A joy from beginning to end! more

The Clark Team helped me buy a house in Half Moon Bay. Kelly Clarke was the buyers agent for me. The house was listed under another real estate agency but Kelly really helped me out! more

house hunting expert 4/4/2013

We had the pleasure of being referred to Kelly Clarke to help us search for a home in San Carlos. From the get-go, Kelly listened to our needs, sent us neighborhood maps with pros and cons of the areas, gave us advice, and was very prompt with communicating. She was available, professional, and encouraging. What I also appreciated about her is that she did not try to sell us something that we didn't love. She was patient and did her research well. We cannot say enough great things about her. I highly recommend her. more

Over and above. 7/23/2012

Kelly thought outside of the box. She sold my mother's house for me, which was kind of a mess. She suggested a few things to make us feel better about it and even invested some of her own money in getting the house painted. I paid some, and she said she called in a favor with her painter. Efficient service and a great experience. 7/16/2012

I was working with Kelly Clarke, and she was very responsive. Most of the time, she responded to my inquiries in a few hours at the most. She made sure, even after escrow closed, to stay in contact with us. We were renting the house back to the sellers, and she made sure things were on track with that. I never got a feeling that she thought her job was done after escrow closed, and I hope to be in touch in the future. She was great. I really liked that, once we signed the contract, she gave us a calendar of escrow items to close. It was great, because we could target specific dates and plan out the things we needed to do. more

Listen to the advice Kelly has. She knows the neighborhoods extremely well and is definitely worth listening to. 3/9/2012

The Clarke Team, and Kelly in particular, was professional, went out of her way to help us, was always available even on the weekends at any time of the day. Even though it was a difficult market to work with, she kept on top of it. We're extremely happy with her service and think that she's a wonderful agent. She had some great input on properties we looked at and really helped us out. We would not hesitate to recommend her to others. She even presented personally to the seller's agent, which I think really made a difference. more

Kelly had worked with me and another colleague around 10 years ago and I was referred by that other colleague. Kelly gave me a nice wide range of properties to look at. She guided me through the process and was a security blanket throughout the whole project. She told me the pro's and con's about each property. The Clarke Team was really good. They were very responsive, and they knew how to tailor everything to my needs. They provided enough information to help me sort out what I needed to make a decision and gave me enough help in different ways, such as websites and posting. I really enjoyed the whole selection making process. more

An ideal combination to work with. 8/17/2011

The Clarke Team is phenomenal! I give them 5's across the board, and I absolutely recommend them. They are just an ideal combination to work with. Kelly has all the customer service skills, and Judy is extremely detail oriented. They were extremely good at handling all the paperwork involved in real estate transactions, and they constantly listened to what we needed. They were very respectful of our time, and they also took on tasks themselves that we had not expected them to have done, making it very easy to do two pretty complicated transactions. Judy and Kelly Clarke of The Clarke Team are the best of the best. 2/15/2011

My experience working with The Clarke Team was a fantastic experience. Judy and Kelly are truly exceptional. These two are the most professional, personable and down-to-earth real estate agents there are. I can't say enough good things about them. They have great customer skills, integrity and are just plain easy to get along with. They were on our side the entire way. This process was never about them closing a deal, it was always about our best interests remaining at the forefront. They totally exceeded my expectations. more

Excellent. I would use Judy again. 1/24/2011

My mother-in-law interviewed a lot of different people and chose The Clarke Team. It turned out that they also were a client of our shop. I worked with Judy, who was wonderful. She was very detailed and straightforward, which was helpful to me because it was a difficult escrow and she let me handle part of it. The property sold, so everything worked out as expected. The only issue was that the staging person that they used was inept at dealing with older people. Judy, however, was excellent and I would recommend her to anybody. George Huddleston more

The Clarke Team was very efficient and very informative. They were thorough and extensive in checking on things and keeping me up-to-date. They were both very personable. The Clarke Team kept me abreast of the schedule and things that needed to be done. They were especially good at checking-in frequently and keeping track of the status of items. They made sure they were looking out for my interests. I appreciated the fact that they kept track of all the various steps throughout the process. I would highly recommend them. more

I recently sold my house, and The Clarke Team was with me from start to finish. They are highly professional, and my home sold quickly. We had a difficult buyer, and The Clarke Team worked with the issues without exposing us to them at all. We did not have to deal with anything because they did it all on their end. Judy and Kelly were very organized and complete in their service. They guided us through the entire process every step of the way. They prepared my home so well that it was voted best of tour. The Clarke Team was highly attentive. Even after the home sold they had open houses to prepare for any contingency. They were always thinking of backup plans. more

A dedicated, professional team with high integrity. 7/7/2010

I had a property in Half Moon Bay, and it was going to a family that had 4 or 5 brothers and sisters that were fighting among themselves. The land that was going was not expensive. I was surprised to see The Clarke Team go through so much trouble even though there was not much money involved. Everything was done professionally to make sure that I would not have any issues later on because the brothers were disagreeing. I personally felt bad for having them do so much work for not much money. Judy and Kelly really work as a team. They are involved in many meetings, and if one was not available the other one would always help. They were always in touch and available to help. more

All-around good experience: Quick, effective, and fun to work with. 11/12/2009

We decided to use The Clarke Team to sell our house because I knew Kelly from a previous business we had worked in together. I was confident in her personality and sales skills, and knew that she was a results person. We challenged The Clarke Team a bit because we gave them a month to sell our house. However, they worked quickly and effectively to get things done. Within 4 days, they had an open house, and we received a full-price offer the following day. They were incredibly organized, had a plan, and their communication was excellent. They managed the selling of our home like a project, setting our expectations in terms of what we needed to do and what we could expect. The way that they interacted with us was very impressive, as we have had other agents that were not responsive and did not answer our questions. The Clarke Team also was fun to work with. They just get it -- all of the different aspects of the process, from the emotional to the financial/practical, that you are going through. John Matterson more

Great representation at a difficult time. 8/10/2009

Judy was extremely thorough and professional in all aspects of handling the probate sale of my brother in law's house. She was very informative and helpful in advising us on what we should do to make the house presentable for potential buyers. She hired painters, rug cleaners, staged the house and kept us informed about potential buyers that came through. We were very impressed when we stopped by an open house to see how much improved it looked with her help. There was a water leak in the sprinkler system and she contacted the gardener, met with him and handled it for us. Judy also accompanied us to court and the escrow office to supervise the signing of the final paperwork. She went above and beyond what we had previously experienced with a real estate agent. Judy definitely made a difficult time easier for us. We knew that we could trust her to keep us informed and to stay on top of the sale so it would not linger on the market. Judy will be our agent for life. more

A True Partnership 5/18/2009

Judy worked with me to purchase my current home. This was only the second time I'd gone through the house-buying process, and I had certain expectations of a realtor based on my prior experience. Working with Judy was a real pleasure and a huge upgrade!! She really listened to what I was looking for and kept my list of home requirements in the forefront. There were times when I'd get starry-eyed about a home that showed well, and Judy would point out characteristics that didn't fit in well with my goals and/or tastes that would make me unhappy in the long run. I'm very slow about making home-buying decisions and Judy was very patient and understanding. Once we identified and put an offer in on my current home, she did a great job during the negotiations and inspections process. I definitely plan to use Judy for any real estate transactions in the future. more
