Judy worked with me to purchase my current home. This was only the second time I'd gone through the house-buying process, and I had certain expectations of a realtor based on my prior experience. Working with Judy was a real pleasure and a huge upgrade!! She really listened to what I was looking for and kept my list of home requirements in the forefront. There were times when I'd get starry-eyed about a home that showed well, and Judy would point out characteristics that didn't fit in well with my goals and/or tastes that would make me unhappy in the long run.
I'm very slow about making home-buying decisions and Judy was very patient and understanding. Once we identified and put an offer in on my current home, she did a great job during the negotiations and inspections process.
I definitely plan to use Judy for any real estate transactions in the future.
