Judy was extremely thorough and professional in all aspects of handling the probate sale of my brother in law's house. She was very informative and helpful in advising us on what we should do to make the house presentable for potential buyers. She hired painters, rug cleaners, staged the house and kept us informed about potential buyers that came through. We were very impressed when we stopped by an open house to see how much improved it looked with her help.
There was a water leak in the sprinkler system and she contacted the gardener, met with him and handled it for us. Judy also accompanied us to court and the escrow office to supervise the signing of the final paperwork. She went above and beyond what we had previously experienced with a real estate agent.
Judy definitely made a difficult time easier for us. We knew that we could trust her to keep us informed and to stay on top of the sale so it would not linger on the market. Judy will be our agent for life.
