I submitted a review back in August 2015, but it was never posted. I had mentioned that my initial tech was great and really did a good job. But our now usual tech has not done as good a job. I find webs everywhere, which i believe he is supposed to bring down. I'm still finding ants in the problem areas outside. I hope someone can correct this, b/c otherwise I will be changing pest companies. more

They are very responsive. I originally had a guy named Scott. He was wonderful. Then they switched him with another guy that was kind of rough around the edges. I called and asked if Scott could be my exterminator from now on. He comes out every two months even though it is not his regular neighborhood! A few times I have forgotten to leave the gate open for him and he just leaves me a note and comes back another time. He has never complained. I can't speak highly enough of Scott. more
