Technicians are always courteous and do a thorough work. Only one incident regarding pill bugs, that even after the treatment did not eliminate the infestation. Not a big deal. Ran to home depot and purchased a recommended treatment and eliminated most of the infestation overnight and gradually mitigating the problem over time. We are happy with Clark and will continue the services. It is the regular treatment schedule that keeps most of the bugs out of our house. Will have to schedule an attic treatment to hopefully rid of the spiders. I have two teenagers and are not too fond of spiders. Thank you Clark for the excellent service! more

I have had this service for years, I am happy with it and have zero complaints. Clark accommodates changes and special requests with courtesy and a smile. We have a pool so our backyard needs to be secure at all times and Clark has not misused or lost our gate key to date. more

When we receive a call regarding the next visit, we always request early morning, between 8:00 and 9:00. We depend on Tim to be here and he is always here on time, if not earlier. I like the fact that the person sent out is the same person (Tim) who knows the house, knows what we grow (veggies), and can do the job without any special instructions. He reports any problems if there were any. We are getting our money's worth with Clark Pest Control. more

We were being overrun with ants almost a year ago, and finally called Clark because our neighbor used their service and was happy with it. They came out, listened to our concern, and went to work. Within two treatments, we have been rid of ants, and assume they will not be back of Clark will be here. We signed up for the every other month service, with auto pay, and find their service personnel efficient and thorough. more

I schedule an appointment between services for Thursday, June 18th. I was not able to be home due to work commitments, but my 16 year old was there. No service was needed indoors, so I was a bit upset when she relayed the fact that the technician seemed upset that I didn't meet him at 1:00. On the phone, I gave detailed instructions as to what was needed and where I wanted the insecticide. I did not appreciate this. During our regular scheduled treatments, it is not necessary for anyone to be home, so I'm not sure why he was bothered by my absence. more
