They phoned at 4pm & said they'd be here between 4:30pm-5pm. They arrived at 5:45pm without a phone call advising me they'd be late. They didn't move a typing table in the living...

Healthier Home! 1/29/2008

My two boys are allergic to dust so I need to make sure the carpet stays clean. Well, I am pleaseed that the cleaning detergents that the technician used were non toxic and good for people with allergies. I feel good knowing my boys can play on the carpet without worrying. Pros: organic clean more

Didn't show up 10/23/2007

I hate to leave negative feedback, but this is purely based on the fact that they did not honor my 2 hour window. I would not have minded as much if A) they had called to notify me they were running late, or B) made any effort to keep my business when I called to complain (so I canceled). I went with another company that makes specific appointment times. Cons: Didn't honor window, weak customer service more

OUTSTANDING work! 9/26/2007

I called citywide for a carpet cleaning job that I wanted done for the carpeting in my home. I just got a puppy and the carpet had a lot of soil from many accidents. The technician was very nice and best of all got out the stains and odor from my beige carpet. Thanks Pros: service was great more

I had gone to Citysearch to find a company that had some history of being in business and one with some good reviews well Citywide Carpet had 30+postive reviews. I called and spoke with Tony and he made me feel that they were pros. I went and hired them to come clean our dirty rugs. When they were done our house looked like the first day we had moved in. The rug looked like they just installed it and my wife and I were so impressed by the work they had done. We had hired a coupon company before and were never happy with their work. Tony is a super person and I give Citywide Carpet a 10 and I give tony a 10. I promise you I will be writing to praise this company.A ++++++ Pros: CLEAN more

Disappointing at best. 9/20/2007

They phoned at 4pm & said they'd be here between 4:30pm-5pm. They arrived at 5:45pm without a phone call advising me they'd be late. They didn't move a typing table in the living room that I had forgotten. They just worked around it. By the time I realized that I should move it, I couldn't because they had blocked access to the kitchen. They missed 2 dark stains and my carpets are still matted down. When I walked on my carpets the next day they felt rough, not soft like before. They initially told me that my carpets were in good condition, so why don't they ""look like new"" like the other reviewers here have experienced? Could it be I was their last job of the day and they were in a hurry? I would NEVER use Citywide Carpet Cleaners again. Pros: Less expensive than other cleaners Cons: Poor results more

They make old carpets look new 9/15/2007

My carpet was GROSS. Almost grey/black, especially in high-traffic areas. Citywide came and cleaned and it literally looks like the day I got it installed 6 years ago! If you can't afford new carpeting, give this company a chance. The results were jaw-dropping. Izzy is great and a bit of a perfectionist which was, well, perfect! More than i hoped for 9/14/2007

I just feel like I need to share with people how great Citywide carpets is. I had some pretty serious water damage on my wall to wall carpet at home. Frankly I thought that my carpet was a goner, but thanks to the incredibly competent and nice staff from Citywide carpets, I don`t have to get rid of my beloved carpet anymore. I asked Citywide Carpet to come and clean my carpets. They came and cleaned my carpets and now they look like new. They even educated me on how to spot clean spills in between cleaning. They are friendly and really professional!!! Pros: Great Service at A Great Price! more

This Carpet Cleaner deserves FIVE STAR rating 7/23/2007

My carpet is seventeen years old so I did not expect perfection, but their technician was very kind and worked very hard to clean the carpet. He used three machines: two rotary and one standard steam cleaning machines. He worked on the carpet for an hour and a half. TERRIFIC WORK CITYWIDE! 7/23/2007

I needed my carpet cleaned ASAP and citywide was able to send their emergeny crew in only one hour. The carpet was wet due to a leak in the pipe and the crew that came over were able to bring my carpet back to perfect condition. This was a wonderful experience overall. One Hour Service 7/18/2007

My son was sick and threw up all over my living room service. I needed a good cleaning quickly. An hour after I called the cleaners were in my home sanitizing the sofa . It's hard to find such quick service that you can be completly satisfied with Pros: Great Service more
