They phoned at 4pm & said they'd be here between 4:30pm-5pm. They arrived at 5:45pm without a phone call advising me they'd be late. They didn't move a typing table in the living room that I had forgotten. They just worked around it. By the time I realized that I should move it, I couldn't because they had blocked access to the kitchen. They missed 2 dark stains and my carpets are still matted down. When I walked on my carpets the next day they felt rough, not soft like before. They initially told me that my carpets were in good condition, so why don't they ""look like new"" like the other reviewers here have experienced? Could it be I was their last job of the day and they were in a hurry? I would NEVER use Citywide Carpet Cleaners again.
Pros: Less expensive than other cleaners
Cons: Poor results
