Your technician David has cleaned my carpets before. He is fantastic!!! So quick and so efficient. I would hire him over and over again and have recommended your services to sever...

They phoned at 4pm & said they'd be here between 4:30pm-5pm. They arrived at 5:45pm without a phone call advising me they'd be late. They didn't move a typing table in the living...

I found an excellent company to call for all my cleaning needs. I needed my daycare carpet cleaned. I had to change my appiontment a few times and the office staff was very helpful and considerate. My best carpet cleaning experience....ever! 6/5/2007

I am about to move into my new apartment and needed to have the carpet cleaned in the entire apartment. There were a few stains and an unpleasant smell. I also needed to clean my drapes. I called NY Carpet and they came to pickup my drapes and delivered them within a week smelling wonderfully clean. Yesterday, the went to shampoo my new apartment`s carpet. It looks and smells wonderful. The stains and smell are gone. They really did a great job. AND they were friendly and ON TIME! I wanted to write a review because I know how hard it is to find a competent carpet cleaner. I really recommend these people. more

Almost Perfect. 6/5/2007

We had some guys from CItyWide over yesterday to clean our carpets. Everything was excellent up untill they showed up about 20 min. late, the driver did call to let us know he would be running let though. more

CityWides number was given to me from a friend of mine. She was happy with their service. The technician which came to clean my carpet was professional and definately very experienced . The equipment he used looked new and was very effective in removing the stains from the carpet. more

These people are true professionals. They know what they`re doing. The service started perfectly with a very friendly voice when I called Citywide for a telephone estimate. Great stain removers! 5/23/2007

I called Citywide carpet cleaners to remove some wine and food stains I got on my area rug. They did an amazing job removing stains from my New Year's eve party. Will definitely call again after my next crazy party! more

I own two dogs and as any dog owner will tell you that keeping your carpets clean and allergen free is a major concern. With this in mind I wanted to make sure that all the materials used to clean my carpets were safe and non toxic.
