We used City Realty Group to find an apartment in Boston. They quickly pressured us into paying a down payment, without making sure we were comfortable with the place. After they had our money, they stopped responding to emails and phone calls. When we had meetings scheduled at the office to sign papers, they got delayed and we had to wait to see our realtor. When we moved in windows were broken, faucets leaked, and the unit was generally in poor shape as it hadn't been repaired after the previous tenants moved out (we had been informed repairs would be made before moving in). Since moving in, leaks have opened up in our roof that have been difficult to get repaired. City Realty Group is both the realtor and the landlord, so there's no excuse for this delayed service.
Pros: found us an apartment
Cons: expensive, no repairs, not clean, no communication
